OUR 60-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE
We stand behind our products. If you use a Thryved Health supplement consistently and don't notice a meaningful difference, you can request a full refund of your purchase price within 60 days of the delivery date — even if the bottle is opened, used, or empty. Trying the product is the point.
The guarantee applies to opened and used products. It covers one order per product per customer (your first purchase of that product). For bundle orders, we may ask you to return any unopened bottles — we'll send you a prepaid return shipping label and instructions.
HOW TO CLAIM YOUR REFUND
Email us at thryvedhealth@gmail.com with your order number and the full name on your order. We may ask a question or two simply to help us improve — but your refund doesn't depend on the answers.
REFUND PROCESSING
We'll notify you once your refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we've approved your refund, please contact us at thryvedhealth@gmail.com.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Gift cards are non-refundable. If you have questions or concerns about a specific item or order, please get in touch at thryvedhealth@gmail.com.
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to get what you want is to request a refund under our guarantee and place a new order for the product you'd like instead.
EUROPEAN UNION 14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD
Notwithstanding the above, if your merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. For cooling-off returns (as distinct from our satisfaction guarantee above), the item must be unused and in its original packaging, and you'll need the receipt or proof of purchase.
